One of the most awaited movie of the year "Padmvati" trailer is out and every frame of it has typical Sanjay Leela Bhansali stamp over it. Be it the grandeur, the costumes, the background score, the actors..all looking promising for a great movie experience. Padmavati is a period movie based on real characters, hence Bhansali had to be very careful with the character depictions. Shahid and Deepika are looking great, but for me the real show stealer of the trailer was Ranveer Singh who will be playing the evil character. The background music was just mesmerizing. Eagerly awaiting Dec ember 1. Watch out for trailer here:
Presenting the Official Trailer of Padmavati starring Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor, Aditi Rao Hydari and Jim Sarbh. Directed by Sanjay Leel...

Yep it is...I saw the movie as well and it was marvelous. Having said that Hollywood movies are awesome too. Dunkirk was exceptionally brilliant.

@anamika161088 Me too, the experience of big screen is just different. Recently saw Rajnikanth movie Kaala, the kind of effect it had in theater with rajni screen presence and background score was just exciting.

@avi256 Yeah but I don't like to watch movies on mobiles and laptops. And this one is surely not the one for small screen.

From what you have said, it would seem like an interesting movie to watch. Will it have sub-titles?.

It depends on the location where it will release. In India, it will not have subtitles. But may be in other countries, it will have subs. Did you watch the trailer?

Yes, I watched it, it actually glorified Rajput culture, not sure why they were so much against it. The movie to me belonged to Ranveer Singh who was playing Alauddin Khilji.

@kavinitu Could be..but leaving aside controversies, the movie had brilliant sets, costumes and dialogues of the movies were crispy and unlike other Bhansali movies, that drag a lot for no reason, this was more engaging.

I'm not a big fan of period movies, but I've just read the reviews on Wikipedia and they are all positive. Thanks for sharing.
