Your so Vain?

I used to be a tiny bit vain for a short moment in life, then it vanished.

Vain means you are overly proud of yourself.You certainly aren't a vain person.

You are certainly not vain. I myself am more on the side of humble.

I have a cousin who's so vain. Every time we pass by a mirror, he would always check himself out if his hair is still the same as he styled it and if he's still looking great. He's into hair styling products, face products and clothes! He must always look fashionable when he's out and about! I, myself don't consider myself vain. I care less of how I look and I hate being photographed.

I was raised by my dad with no mother figure around so I was taught I do not need makeup, although I wore it till a few years ago, I do not think I am beautiful and I do not think I am ugly. I think vain means pretty selfish, self-centered, self-satisfied, and conceited. Fredo, vain? That's not true, one bit! I was fairly happy and taking good care of myself, until I became the mother of two kids. Then, I didn't have time to think about myself, I was far too busy for about twenty years! LOL

No I am not vain. I think the word means ineffective, unproductive, unseuccessful and hopeless.

I would say kind of..in that I can't pass a mirror without looking in it,,,I don't know why, I am not so enamoured of my appearance..

Vain has two different meanings, one is being a bit narcissistic, the other producing no result. I do not think you are vain, I am not.

To me vain means that a person is so stuck on themselves and have to stare in the mirror and tell themselves they are beautiful and perfect. No, I am not vain. As a matter of fact there are times I do not think I am much.
