Hi everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 71 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. I believe the temperature is supposed to get up to about 80 today. One more day of AC being on in the house.
I am happy to report that I slept pretty well last night. I woke up a couple of times but I was able to fall back asleep quickly which was a relief. Hearing the alarm at 5am was a drag though. . .
No big plans for the day today. I have work, of course, and then my usual afternoon chores. I am meeting my sister at the gym for a 5pm workout. I'm excited to get back into the groove with that.

I have the a/c on too and it's weird not having the brisk cooler days of Fall. Nothing much going on here today.
