SLOW INTERNET CONNECTIONS... COME ON?

I have my low connection for 9 hours. We are paying monthly fees and charges and no connections? Where is justice here. Need to faster internet connection? Internet providers were are you i need you most now.

If there is one thing that I find frustrating, it is poor internet connection. I do so much with it that it is quite frustrating

as others have said, when it happens you just call your internet service provider, the company you have a contract with that provides your internet connection. you should know their customer service hotline so you can call them immediately, since they're the ones who know if there's a problem on their end. how long have you been with that company? is this the first time it was superslow?

I have the same problem. I pay for unlimited internet but when it comes to a certain date, the internet is impossible to use and it lasts for a few days. So unfair!
