Enough Sitting For Now

Well, it is time for me to go and do a bit of walking, I have been here way too long already. I forgot to put my timer on this morning. My body is getting too stiff from sitting at my computer desk and I need to get it moving. Now, not later, now. So, I will see you again after my little exercise is done.

It was an indoor walk and I just did 20 minutes.

@marlina I have my computer on my lap when my lotting in bed. My laptop doesn't hit up so I could stay here for hours like this.

I wish I could remind myself to exercise every so often throughout the day, but I get lost in work! Pretty bad for a highest honors graduate in fitness and nutrition!

I am one that loves to sit at the computer and work a lot. My physical therapist told me that I should only sit 15 minutes and get up. I get lost in things and it is way way past 15 minutes.

Not good for the body to sit too long. I use a timer to help me get out of my office.

@marlina Marlina, I know and you are so right. I should really get back into some kind of exercise routine or walk at least around the block routine. I guess I am lazy when it comes to that and keep putting it off.

Being late afternoon here I am getting myself off into the Garden out the back here and walk and swing my arms and legs around too. I have to move even though I did not sleep very well either. At least you managed to do something though.

@marlina Yes that will make it difficult for you to get outside and really feel like doing anything much. I had my winter boots and coat and have been in the Garden almost three hours moving around. Its very cold here too and sharp biting winds.

Every step adds up! I really need to do more walks than I do, but I am still sure to keep moving as much throughout the day. I got a fitbit for awesome reminders to move every hour!
