My husband got his heart cathedral done today and they didn't find any blockage at all just the leaky heart value..after they got done he slept for about 5 hours and when it came to discharge him is when ever thing hit the fan..from all this time we had before we went there no one said to have a driver..then today No one asked if there was a drive (I don't have my license) so they would not let him leave and we all got into it..I told them they can't keep us there by law we can walk out and that is what we did after awhile..I know they were just doing there job but they should of said to bring a driver..so now we know that for his next visit..

They should have forewarned you, before they did work on your husband. That was wrong, on their part!:(

Not finding a blockage is great news! However, I don't understand why they didn't warn you that he couldn't drive after? That would have made me mad too! From my experience before procedures they tell you. Like you said thou now you know for next time. Does he need more tests?

Glad to know he is okay. maybe they just assumed you knew because he was going to have his chest cut open. but then again it is their job so I would of been upset. because look where assuming got them.
