How do You Like Your Bananas.

I love bananas and since I cannot eat them because of the potassium they contain, I want them even more. Bananas are one of the healthiest foods unless for health reasons you cannot eat them. One of my favorite ways to eat bananas was banana and peanut butter sandwiches. Spread peanut butter on your slices of bread and place banana slices between slices of bead. I have heard people from other parts of the country say they have never heard of peanut butter banana sandwiches. I suspect it's a southern thing. Banana pudding was also one of my favorites. I'm pretty sure everyone eats banana pudding. I also used to make banana, pineapple cake Now I make pineapple cake. Bananas are also perfectly delicious to eat alone. You can also eat them like popsicles. Just peel and wrap in plastic wrap and put them in the freezer. If you have popsicle sticks you can slide one in a banana before freezing. I always had these tasty treats in the freezer for my kids and grandkids. If you need extra potassium you can't do better than eating bananas.
