How do You Like Your Bananas.

I love bananas and since I cannot eat them because of the potassium they contain, I want them even more. Bananas are one of the healthiest foods unless for health reasons you cannot eat them. One of my favorite ways to eat bananas was banana and peanut butter sandwiches. Spread peanut butter on your slices of bread and place banana slices between slices of bead. I have heard people from other parts of the country say they have never heard of peanut butter banana sandwiches. I suspect it's a southern thing. Banana pudding was also one of my favorites. I'm pretty sure everyone eats banana pudding. I also used to make banana, pineapple cake Now I make pineapple cake. Bananas are also perfectly delicious to eat alone. You can also eat them like popsicles. Just peel and wrap in plastic wrap and put them in the freezer. If you have popsicle sticks you can slide one in a banana before freezing. I always had these tasty treats in the freezer for my kids and grandkids. If you need extra potassium you can't do better than eating bananas.

Did you ever eat peanut butter and banana sandwich? I think only southern folks eat those.

@dgobucks226 So have I. layers of vanilla wafers, and bananas, sprinkle a little sugar and pour milk over it. Set in the frige a few minutes and you have a delicious banana pudding. We liked it. I've also made it the same way only using pudding rather than milk.

I like to eat freshly picked ripe bananas
No, I'm not going crazy but I would like to talk about BANANAS-- that luscious tropical fruit that many foreigners crave to savor. I like to cook and eat banana chips. Delicious but quite hard to prepare. You need to peel raw bananas and mind you, they
