Chicken Fried Rice!

We got a bag of chicken fried rice and had that for dinner. It was pretty good! It had snow peas, which are my favorite things in these kinds of dishes. My mom isn't a fan of them, but I just love them. They just give such amazing flavor to the rice! I cannot have fried rice normally, especially if it is prepared in a restaurant because it normally contains eggs in it. And I am allergic to eggs, my throat swells up. But this package did not have any eggs in it which was very nice! I picked out the cooked carrots because that is one of the few things I am picky about, cooked carrots, I hate them, they are just bleh and my mom had them instead. And on the side we had some tomatoes! That is just something my mom does. She adds a few slices of tomatoes on the side just to give a little more on the plate. All in all, dinner was pretty good!

I love fried rice, the simpler the better. But I always like it a little spicy. Good to know you enjoyed the dinner!

Do you have asthma? Egg is not good for people with asthma. Glad I have no astma because I love Shanghai Fried Rice, it has prawns and many other ingredients too which is also not good for asthma.

It is really good. I know it is common to have eggs in it. Most restaurants serve it that way. I can't have eggs so I have to pass.
