How do you feel about working with whom you don't like?

Inevitably, sooner or later this will happen to all of us. But, how to deal with this type of situation? What would be the tips (if you have already had this type of experience in your life)? Would the good neighbor policy be the best way? Tell me about it.

I think trying to limit interaction with them as much as possible helps. Stay civil of course though.

Just try to be nice... and keep your distance if at all possible.

In the forty years that I worked I only had one person that I did not like working with. I know the lazy person would get fired so I just waited and that happened.

Though I cooperate with everyone I have run into few who have a horrible work attitude. They are a real pain to others. They will just not change. I try my best not to interact with them and hope management will act to protect others - siva
