Can you stay a whole day without using your phone

Could I be the only person that can't even stay without my phone.I can't stay a whole day without looking through my phone. Even in a very busy day highest I can stay is about 2 hours and I'm back on my phone. How many hours can you stay without looking through your phone?

I'm so addicted to my phone and can't do without it. I most of my stuffs online using my phone, I feel very comfortable with it, even when laying on the bed.

I like my phone, and I find it something to keep me occupied on occasions. I'd regularly forget or just not bother to take my phone out with me. Since having a new one recently, though, I've wasted more time on it - mainly because it has games which my old one didn't! However, I can go for a full day without my phone.

I can stay without CP for about 5 hours. Its hard for me not to use CP because I living far from my family. My parents keeps on checking on me.
