Just before I sign off now, I had just uploaded the photo of my today's baking session, Daisy Cookies without eggs. Yup, it is eggless, suitable for vegetarians and I had used powdered milk too. If you are planning to bake cookies for your kids, you can use the baby formula milk in the cookie batter for more nutrients. I had baked this Daisy cookies several times whenever I am out of eggs. Turned out delicious , melt in the mouth and not hard at all. Do you buy or bake cookies? I really need to sleep now; 3am.....zzzzz..... My own photo

They look really good. I don't usually eat cookies so I don't bake or buy them. I use to bake cookies when my kids were little.

I always make cookies without eggs, only butter flour and sugar, they are the best to be served with the afternoon tea.

no , not really. Some cookie recipes needed eggs because large amount of flour and butter, if the amount are less, you can opt out the egg
