Its Tuesday morning and my children are asking me if there is school today or not. Apparently the strikes of jeepney operators and drivers are extended today. Too bad we have no television and we have no updates. But my children said so because that is what they read from facebook and told by their classmates. Anyway, its a good morning here. The temperature is low and seems telling us to wear our sweatshirt. Its gloomy and the sun hasn't seen yet. Then, some of my children went to their bed again because they want to continue their sleep because as they said "yehey, no school (again) today!"

I know as much as the kids love it, I wish people would not mess with their education like this. Do they have to make up the days missed? Here they do.

@ilocosboy LOL! I know how that feels, I don't get a break from mine, our choice but gets hard at times. Curious thou if they have to make up these missed days?

I just hope tomorrow will be school day, it will too much if they'll declare another no school day.

That's the question now, how they would make up those things, and yet again two of my kids dont go to school because their teacher attended the sports activity of the district.

Another suspension of classes. Another no work day for government employees. But for us in the private sectors, still the same. Even if there are few jeepneys and passengers are having difficulty in taking a ride, still we have no choice but to report for work...

Geez, hopefully that strike ends soon. It is not fair to mess with education. But I guess it is good for them to have a little bit of a break.

the next question will be, "is there classes tomorrow?" Kids are all over the street playing and playing only.

I doubt they will be on strike for very long because they are losing money every day.

I think these strike are causing destabilization because it interrupts the kids education and then the businesses are also affected by it.
