What's for dinner? October 16

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know! I'm trying something new this evening: beef bourguignon in the Instant Pot. I didn't have hours to make it traditionally in my Le Creuset Dutch Oven today, so I'm trying a "fast" version. I'm going to serve it over egg noodles and with steamed snow peas on the side. That's what's happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!

That sounds delicious NJ. I had franks and beans with crispy crowns, Sparkling ICE black raspberry flavored water, and a chocolate EAS Advantedge protein drink with my dinner.

We had spaghetti-meat sauce, over baked spaghetti squash with grated Parmesan cheese. It was quite good!:)

Your dinner sounds good... better than mine. I did groceries today so I picked up some ready to bake chicken cordon bleu from the butcher's counter and some Jamie Oliver frozen scalloped potatoes. We didn't have anything else with it. I know... not the healthiest of eaters here.

How was it? I had grilled pork chops,vegetables and a traditional carbohydrate which is a mix of water and maize floor cooked until it becomes a little bit hard
