When I say I am going to work it can be from collecting rent to picking up medication to making repairs to a rental. I did all three today. I called the tenant to see if she would be home today since its going to be cold this week I wanted to make sure she had the last heater hooked up, last week I needed a part. No answer. The other guy called to tell me he has the money to come by anytime. I got to the neighborhood and it all began, the drama! I collected rent and chatted with my favorite little boy. All Good there. I pulled up to another rental to see if the lady had to work today, my sister yelled for me to come over, the lady was off today so I told her I would fix the heater and I was headed to buy the part. I had just missed the police. My sister had to call them to a neighbor. See my sister owns the corner lot and all the dogs lay in her yard, she cannot get rid of them, she has tried. The lady up the hill came beating on her door and when my sister answered she was verbally attacked about those dogs. My sister got just as mean back and told her who each dog belonged to, the lady left and my sister called the police. Seems like a couple of those dogs went to the ladies house on the hill and killed her puppy, and that`s not all, this is the second time. And wanna know what topped it off, the old bat that owns one of the dogs denied it being her dog and she got it when it was a puppy! And the old man left before the police came about his dog. After the police went house to house trying to get things straight and then left the old bat walked over to my sisters house and my sister was talking to the old man, still mad because she was being blamed, and said " I hear someone is gonna put me in jail about a dog." My sister lit into this huge woman and told her " Don`t bring your lying azz in my yard, that is your dog and you know it." The old bat stepped out of her yard and kept walking. AND that is not all, the day before my sister was sweeping off her steps and taking out trash and a few dogs went to fighting and this guest of my tenants thought it had my sister down and ran over, seen it was just dogs and beat those dogs apart with a broom. They all were killing one dog. I wish I could move my sister somewhere else right now, One day I will buy her out and put her in another house. This is why I moved 30 miles away into the woods. I am not sure I could deal with all that drama stuff anymore. I never know what will happen when I go to work in the neighborhood. How was your day?
