Dinner at Angie`s - Monday / myLot

I cook, If I want tto eat I cook or spend way to much money eating out and not always healthy. Some people do the meatless Monday dinners but for me food is never about having meat for any meal, although I will eat some at times, it about tasting good. Tonight I did leftovers for the most part, so what was in my fridge? An Eggplant dish - eggplant, tomatoes, bell pepper, onions and garlic. Butter beans Boiled okra Now, one more thing. I chopped 1/3 head of cabbage and cooked that with olive oil and black pepper. And that was dinner at my house and my meatless Monday dinner. What was for dinner at your house?

I had a recipoe called ratatouille that had eggplant,tomatoes green pe ppers an onions init all 'together sort of like a veggie stew so gool

Had chicken wings and different raw veggies with my homemade dip. Lots of wings left if that tell you anything.. lol My daughter and I love vegetables. She is probably the only 10 year old I know that will pick broccoli over chocolate.
