Guys are so clueless!

One time I asked my brother to buy me some sanitary pads which he only did after much coercion. And shedding fake tears. When he came back, he had a lot of questions such as: 1. Why do sanitary pads have wings? 2. What’s non-wing? 3. What’s ultra-slim? 4. What’s the difference between normal and super? I told him I’d explain once the dysmenorrhea’s over. Was he ever embarrassed going to the store buying something so unmanly? I guess he loved me more. Lol

Actually, he is no more clueless than you were at one time, correct?

@sol_cee By trying different types I assume? And I am sure when you needed one the first time you did not know precisely what you wanted either.

My husband is also such a sweetheart, bringing me sanitary pads, and the first few times he would stay on the aisle longer trying to figure out what I need, and in the end he comes home saying “well, I didn’t know which one you “like” better, so I brought one of everything.” A man’s got to do what a man’s got to do! Nowadays though I order everything online, so he doesn’t have to go through that anymore.

That's so sweet. I have to make my husband guilty first before he agrees on buying me sanitary pads! ;)

@sol_cee I never had to force him to go, and he even asks how it’s going every month and asking me if there’s anything he can do to make me feel better. Sometimes he wants to talk more about my monthlies than I do. He still can’t understand though why sometimes I cry for no reason or why I turn into a beast for a week every month.

way, way back in college, i had a classmate who had a cute brother. they lived with their aunt because their parents are in the province, and she would make her kuya (older brother) buy her napkins. of course, he became even cuter in my eyes, but i think thehousewife's hubby is the best!
