Who borrowed my eyeglasses?

I have two pairs of prescriptive glasses, one at home and one I leave in the office. I wear them only when I'm reading or using a computer and when my eyes are tired.
So last night, upon arriving home and opening my computer, I realised that I needed to wear my glasses. So I looked for my pair but really couldn't find it. I asked our household help if she found my glasses in the house but she said she didn't and she helped me looked for it. But we both failed.
So now I have to bring my pair from the office. Whoever borrowed my glasses better return it soon or I have to buy myself a new one.

Only my family members and my housemaid and nobody else. No friends or strangers have ever entered my home particularly my room. And I'm pretty certain it's in my room since I remember taking them off before I took a shower.

@toniganzon If your housemaid has not taken them, they are surely in the room. Have you checked the bathroom. Last week I thought I had left my eyeglasses in front of the computer, but I removed them before taking a bath and they where on a shelf in the bathroom.

@LadyDuck Yeah I already did. And no she didn't take my glasses because I asked her to look for them and she searched high and low. And she's not someone who would take my stuff. She's been with me for 15 years already.

I often misplace mine too but seeing as no one else wears mine it means I have to go looking for them.

I found this pair of eyeglasses on my work table in my "peace" room in the basement. Somebody must have left it when I was asleep. But I was home alone since last month. Is this your missing pair of eyeglasses? If it is . . then you must have visited me last night while I was sleeping soundly. I hope you did not pull down my comforter. It is okay if you did . . .

my glasses are almost always 'connected' in my eyes. i seem to not read notes and letters up close.
i hope your eyeglasses will suddenly pop out from nowhere.

I hope so but it still hasn't until now. I'm wearing the one I'm using when I'm in the office. I wore that glasses that's missing the whole day of Sunday and I only took it off when I took a shower Sunday evening.

@ridingbet I don't keep my eye glasses in my bags. I took it off before taking a shower so it's impossible that I'd put it there.

The chances are that you forgot when the last time you put them off. I mean you placed the glasses elsewhere -- not at your usual place.

Yeah I have two pairs two. One I wear in then house and the other one I wear in the office. Now I'm using my Kate Spade one which hi normally use when I'm in the office. I don't usually wear them when I'm driving as I use my sunglasses, except on weekends.

It was impossible that it's in my handbag because I wore them Sunday evening and took them off before I took my shower. I usually placed it on my desk or on my dresser but it's not there at all. I'm pretty certain it's just in the room and not anywhere else in the house.
