Ow! that hurts....

As many of us here do, I start each day with a handful of pills... And every so often one of them decides to be recalcitrant and scrape the side of my esophagus. That happened this morning. I checked online to see what I could do to make it stop hurting, and found a suggestion of taking the pills with applesauce. Well, I'd already taken them, but decided to have some applesauce after the fact, and it did the trick -- no more pain.

It is a good way to take medicine!I think I can do well without the applesauce, because I just take two pills every morning.

I'll say! Tea just made it hurt more. Good thing I had applesauce in the cupboard.

Applesauce, who would have thought, I will try this too. I hope you're still pain free. :)

That's a really good suggestion as I get a pill stuck in my throat every so often too. I hate having to take those morning pills

It's ok now, but boy did that hurt, all out of proportion to what happened.
