What do you do to relax? I Practice Yoga!

As I work from home, many people think I am always relaxed, but this is not the case. When working, I have to make the same decisions as if I were in a real office, as this is the same thing. There are times that I really get pissed off and I need to concentrate and keep my mouth shut not to overreact on unsuitable situations. To keep my mind in peace and body calm, I practice Yoga three times a week. This is a great way to keep things normal inside of me and keep going calmly in life. Are you used to practice something to keep calm or to stress down a little and continue in a good vibration during the day or at night?

@manandezo your right, it's magic. Try it also the flute sounds from leo rojas sir it's feels like you meditating at the top of the mountain.

When I need to relax, there are a few things that I can do. I'll read a book, or just listen to some relaxing music. It does help, I find.

@dodo19 I love writing about comedy. I use Steemit to do so, but I can tell I am not going to much there nowadays. So I am preparing my posts and so I can do it at once! I also try and use Artigoo to write in Spanish!

Music and Coffee are things I need to keep me calm but sometimes I visit the gym it helps me also to be feel better.

I don't like much the weightlifting thing, but running and aerobic exercises are ok for me. =) Hummmmm, coffee! Do I smell some from there? Yummy!

I want to start out that working from home and not at an office does not make life easier for one. You have to be kind to everyone because you need the money to pay bills and continue to work at home. I like to read on my porch and watch TV and listen to music.

Mindfulness is so important. When I'm stressed or anxious, I try to notice as much detail around me as I can. It keeps me anchored to the present moment. Right now I see a blue water bottle, a computer, a lamp, a half eaten muffin...
