Girl Scout Helps Other Evacuees
Kailei McGowan is a 9-year-old student who was affected by Hurricane Harvey. Her home was completely destroyed by the flood. She and her mother found themselves in a shelter, and after 24 hours, donned her Girl Scout vest and started doing what was natural to her - helping others. In this case, other evacuees.

Stray Dog Crashes Wedding
Most wedding crashers are unwelcome, but a persistent homeless dog who wanted out of the rain, finally got a welcome from the new bride and groom - Marilia Pieroni and Matheus Gomes Martins of Laranjal Paulista, Brazil. They have since adopted the dog and given him the name Snoop.

I look for them on the Internet. That little girl is remarkable and I just love that smile of hers. And Snoop must be the happiest dog in Brazil.
