What's for dinner? October 17

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell! I am just having leftovers from last night: homemade beef bourguignon over basmati rice. My husband won't be home until late, I don't feel like cooking, and this is the kind of meal that is always better the second day. . . so I'm just going with it. That's what's happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

If he gets home late, he usually doesn't eat. He's weird like that.
