Here are some songs that use a job as part of the title. Do you recall the name of the songs and artists? There is a little twist with all of the songs. See if you know what the songs have in common. Listen to this sample video/song to get the first clue and common theme/titles of the music trivia: Good luck!!! Here are the clues: (Remember listening to the video provides a song's clue) 1. This song was a theme for a TV series starring Patrick McGoohan. The sound implied action and was associated with James Bond movies. P.F. Sloan and Steve Barri, who at the time were just starting the band The Grass Roots, wrote this song. The fabulous instrumental group "The Ventures," scored a hit with this tune before the artist had a finished version of the song. After it charted he did finish and record his version. The job title for this song could be someone working for the government like a James Bond. Although he later recorded a song called "Memphis" he grew up in Baton Rouge and was influenced by the Louisana sound. 2. The artist considers this tune his favourite song from the first five years of his career. This song was written during an all-night coffee infused evening listening to The Clash's debut album. Nick Lowe produced this track recorded in 1977. This song was released with two different "B-sides," the U.S. one being "Alison." Part of the tunes job title would refer to a person who uses clues in solving a case. 3. This Philadelphia based duo's music was referred to as "blue-eyed soul." This #1 hit was a tune off the album of the same name. The result was a pop classic that is often considered one of the greatest albums of the 80's. The duo made a promotional video for this song even though they disliked making videos. In the video they were dressed in a 50's detective look with trench coats trilby hats. You might remembers some of the song hits recorded by these pop rock artists, among them: Sara Smile, Maneater, Rich Girl and Out of Touch. Three of these songs reached # 1 on the Billboard Charts. Happy Recap: 1. James Bond type of song. Recorded a tune called Memphis. FBI or Secret Service job title. 2. Song influenced by The Clash. Clue solving profession. Uses a watchful eye. 3. Philadelphia based. Promotional video had them dressed as detectives. ...Use those clues folks!!!! Appreciate all who participate and you know what I say...as always, thanks for playing! Hope these songs brought back a pleasant memory for some... *Bio info from Wikipedia and songfacts.com Photo- Music.jpg/Google images

Number one would have been a lot different if it had been named after the show's original title, "Danger Man." Number two is probably my favorite song by Declan. Lots of other people list that as their favorite song of his, too. Number three? I liked them better in the 70s.

# 3- I also liked them more in the 70's. I really liked their album "Abandoned Luncheonette." I guess they had to change their style from rhythm and blues to stay relevant in the 80's, as they were not getting as much airplay.

@teamfreak16 Probably only tune they made with a spy type theme to it. I remember those silly outfits they wore when it played on MTV. Sometimes, the songs associated with the artists just slip our minds.
