Do You Have A Big Belly?

You may or may not have a big belly. If you do, these foods are good to decrease the belly fat. If you don't, these are foods to prevent one. cucumbers bananas asparagus tuna in water low-fat chocolate milk eggs turkey whey protein isolate mushrooms beans I hope you like!

Yes, but these foods also have benefits.

@Spontaneo I'm not denying that. But you need to be active and exercise also. Just eating won't do it.

@Whiteflash Yes. I agree. I simply wanted to mention the FOOD aspect of it. I did not say not to exercise. Why are you so upset?

That's interesting. I wouldn't say I have too big a belly, but it's bigger than it should be. The trouble is that I'm a really picky eater and don't like a lot of things on your list. I do eat bananas and eggs though.
