Would you rather have your own company or work for someone else in another company?

Having your own business is the dream of many people (sometimes they bet everything on this option), but for other people working for someone in a big company is enough (and they are professionally satisfied with it).
If you could choose, what would be the best option for you?

If I need money, I'll work for someone else.
If I want to feel accomplished and enjoy all the thrill and stress, I'll work on my own.
It's all about what I need or desire, both options have pros and cons.

I'd rather have a company of my own but that requires lots of capital -- I mean money to start with.

yanzalong. I sell at a place once a week and then I prepare on Sundays and do My Lot and look for other things to do online too.

I would choose having my own company to manage, if I have enough capital to start my own business. But there are also pros and cons to consider with if I really decide to pursue it. Am I ready to manage my own business or am I ready to take the risk.
So I have to make a long planning and studies if I really want to succeed in this venture.

I definitely after working for others for so long and taking their garbage from them I would prefer to be my own boss. Where I sell I have to answer to others and that is not fun because they do not care or understand why I am there and that I give money to them when I sell but all they see if the place they work and how they bring people in through their programs. My dream is to have my own boutique so I am completely my boss and do not have to answer to anyone but the customers, but, I do not see that happening. It is too expensive to rent a place out.

Both have some interesting aspect. Some people create a company, but it's really a small one. And then, they work for others using this company. Others are better off when working directly for a company. All in all, you are always working for someone else, and not for yourself.
No size fits it all.
