Public Wi-Fi: Do you like to use it?

The availability of Wi-Fi (which is seen as something positive because it gives a certain convenience to the most addicted users) in public places is something more and more frequent in virtually all countries, but this is still not unanimous for all populations (in terms of regionality).
If you have that kind of signal available... Do you like to use it?

My phone has an app to connect automatically to the WiFi boxes of my ISP with a secure connection. I use that times to times. I am more reticent with public WiFi, because the connection is not encrypted and can be monitored easily to catch logins/passwords. I prefer to use my phone data, and if I connect to a public WiFi I surf only with a VPN or TOR.

I like taking advantage of the public Wifi. I am not afraid of the security. I don't install any anti-virus to my mobile phone or computer and they work great anyway. Today since I don't have to worry about my phone connection and therefore I feel free to use my own connection rather than the public wifi.
