I re-did our dining room table chairs all in 'zentangle' style. Each chair is a different design. These are cushions that I painted with acrylics and then used a fabric protector once the paint dried. Super fun project! The original fabric of the chairs was REALLY ugly. I mean like '60s or '70s ugly!

I wish there was a love button! I totally love what you did with the chair! Thank you for some chair inspiration! I recently learnt how to sew and have been trying to find a good pattern to use to make some covers for mine.

Thanks! I tried sewing and I am awful at it! Good luck and I hope you enjoy it! This was the easiest way for to recover the chairs! If you do transform your chairs I'd love to know how it turn out!

@ArtisticFlames for sure I will share! Does using fabric paint and sealer work on clothes? I woke up this morning and kept thinking of how you did your chair as something I could maybe do to add a little Halloween themed embellishment to a costume I'm making.
