Hoping the weather to be better today

It's a nice cool morning in the eastern India. We have had a 24-hour cyclonic rain. Hope the rain to stop today. Our home children are restless. They want to go out and play. The rain has done one really good thing. It has washed down the fireworks pollution that takes over the atmosphere every Diwali time. How is the weather there at your place?

Diwali is over. Now People are preparing for "Chhat Parva" (Sixth day after the new moon). This is a festival celebrated mainly by people of north India, with elaborate ceremonies of fasting and special prayers.
