Luo Han Guo is actually a fruit grown in China which is initially green , round in shape, as large as a golf ball but light in weight. When it is dried, it turns brown, cracked open with palm of your hands, empty inside but a seed and dried pulp.
This dried fruit is boiled with a pot of water without any sugar because it is naturally sweet. When water turns dark brownish, cool it off before drinking it. It is known to cool off body heat during hot weather. Popular beverage among the Chinese. Taste sweet and cooling.

@peachpurple It does not grow in Europe. I am sure that there are local fruits that you do not have in Malaysia and Singapore.

It is grown in CHina, sold in Malaysia and SIngapore, don't know India have them or not.
