When is your Birth month and your Zodiac sign?

My Birthday is in the month of July. So I am a Cancerian for Zodiac sign. I was born on 1983 and that makes me a Pig.
Common traits I have are - I am very sentimental, they said that Cancer is one of the most challenging zodiac signs to get to know because they are very emotional, sensitive, and we are caring when it comes to Family. Also, I can easily get attached to people I like. I think I am a fighter. And also I am a psychic because of my being intuitive. I am very moody most of the time, and I think common for us Cancer. And when it comes to love, we love deeply.

I'm not sure, one says Libra and another one says Virgo. It's September 23, which is on the dividing line, between the two.

It doesn't sound nice to be told your year of birth "makes you a pig". 
I'm a pig as well, 1995. 
And we both belong to water signs, I'm a November's Scorpio. 
I believe in astrology, and I like to read the full birth chart and its description.
So you just add I have a Leo rising, several planets in Sagittarius and the description about me turns pretty accurate. It's fun to see if astrology guesses right. 
I also have Moon in Cancer.
Cancers are one of my favorite signs. Yes, they can be difficult to deal with because of their mood swings, but they're also very sweet and caring, and funny most of the time.
I had some good friends of that sign and my first love was also one of them. 
Scorpios are horrible people instead.

Thanks for the additional information and I do believe that astrology tells exactly who we are by knowing our signs. I believe that Scorpios are sometimes a mysterious people because their true feelings run so deep and they keep their emotions hidden. Also, that is why I can befriend easily with a Scorpio because we are both in the ruling planet which is the moon.
And I believe Scorpios have brilliant minds.

I was born in December. I'm a Sagittarius. Year of the sheep.
Like the sheep, I have some certain dislike of waters. I like chunking them down my throat (we wouldn't live without water), not get surrounded by them (hey, we drown, we die)
Like Sagittarius, I'm always curious and loves learning new things and thinking about different stuff. I like asking questions--especially if it's relevant in improving my way of life. I don't like traveling though and I'm not an extrovert. Quite the contrary, I like deep thinking too much. But when it comes to learning new stuff, I learn as fast as I can and leave that for a new thing to learn about as fast as I can. This makes me easily get bored when you put me in a school or in employment or in an institution. And any learnings I get I put into practice until I discover a new truth for myself.
