Think about it when you answer this question--Will technology improve jobs? I have mixed feelings. On one hand, I am thankful for all technology has done to improve our lives. It has made communicating with family easier and fun. Facebook live is a good way to interact with family and friends. Also, technology has helped people make a living such as working with Uber and Amazon. While I thank the good Lord for this, I have my reservations. Hackers have become wiser and craftier. They can monitor your sites and even get your address. To top this off, companies like MacDonalds are looking to install robots instead of employees to do their work. Anyway, that is my take..how about yours?

@Montecristodog Firsthand would want to appreciate of coming up with such an interesting discussion. To comprehend the employment impacts that could be laid by technology one should think of two heads - One group where people would lose jobs and second who makes their life easy and also get employment. Of the first flock of ppl doing day to day work in same traditional, naive, manual ways would encounter some negative consequences but the same time it lands massive jobs for them who think slightly out of box, ready to experiment/adapt novel ways of work paradigm. Consumers ought to see variety of options in buying at much genuine prices of their preference in Amazon. An unnoticed shop in an obscure lane with fantastic collection would not earn much unless it starts to leverage platforms such as Amazon. As I understand , I can culminate that technologies should improve the employment quotient for adaptive folks ready to embrace the change in life/work with time. Besides, it would be uncertain for the subset of people preferring to remain in comfort zone and obsessed to the same stereotyped lifestyle.

I think the technology will make people have relaxing work because it can help us a lot. I don't agree some people say that the technology makes them lose the job. People have to adjust to the develop. If they don't want to study, then it is their faults to be out.

I do not know how we can stop the march of technology. Mostly it has benefited us though like everything else it cuts both ways. We have to adapt and be on guard; the missteps can be costlier with each passing day. Regarding job front, those willing to go the extra mile will benefit - siva
