Diet Update...

So, if you read my last post I'm dieting and exercising to lose weight. The first week, I was amazed just by making food changes that I lost 10 pounds!! The second week, I lost an additional 3 pounds. Now, this last week I lost 1 pound!! I'm not too happy about it, but was on the road with the hubby in a truck for several days and wasn't able to eat or exercise like I should, but I'm still motivated that I will continue to lose weight. Even just losing 1 pound is better than gaining any!! So, this week I'm going to be back to the grind stone of losing weight and exercising more. What are your plans for this coming week? ~Peace~

You're not going to lose 10 pounds a week every week. That is not realistic. Just keep eating healthier and exercising.

I've lost 29 lbs since the end of March. I'm consistently losing about 6lbs a month. Good job on the weight loss.

Congrats on losing the weight. Slower weight loss is really good. It is apt to stay off longer.

Great job! Its amazing how small changes can make a big difference. I made it my goal to lose weight earlier this year and suceeded in losing about 50 pounds. Still would like to lose 20 more. Are you following any specific diet or exercise regimens? Best of luck!

Way to go. I wish I can gain weight like you're losing weight these days. I have swim lessons and my regular gym classes and my 2-hour Rescue Squad ride-along next Thursday morning.

Its not possible to loose 10 pounds a week. Atleast it would take 3 months .
