I was shocked when that man hit the garage door with his fist.

I was very upset by his arrogant way of testing the strength of a somewhat thin metal garage door to prove that it was strong and able to withstand the brute force of a human fist. The convention center in Downtown Dallas, TX, where I attended a homeowner's convention at the invitation of the students of my college architecture class, I was listening to the man talk all about how safe and secure their line of metal garage doors were until I decided to walk over and ask him if they were all that secure because to me they looked to be made of very flimsy material. He simply balled up his right hand into a fist and proceeded to smack that door as hard as he could and it made such a noise. I became offended by his action but acted like it was no biggy. I walked away feeling a sense of dread and later got angry at the thought of him doing that in front of me and all those people watching. Another time I told a guy who was demonstrating an Oxygenated cleaner liquid to remove stains from a piece of carpet and asked him in front of a few others who were watching his demonstration, "Does the chemical makeup of that Oxy cleaner have any harmful side effects to those who are continually exposed to it?" He was so angry he got red in the face and I told him to watch out or I would go to the management and tell them of his rudeness. He walked away mumbling words to himself. I felt frankly embarrassed by the whole affair. But it was a legitimate concern of mine. Chemicals can and often do hurt people and they sell stuff that is good for them but not good for the person using them. Not all things sold on the market are good to be exposed to.

well, their idea of proving their product is good is not really convincing, they should reason out and not in provocative way.
