if anyone thinks that individuals are without talents and skills then their wrong. Of course we all may not have the same talents and skills but we do have "These." Never allow any person to express that any person has no skill or talent of course some may fear displaying their talent. God wants His Children to display their talents and skills to show how good God is. God the Creator of Heaven and Earth and of mankind. Some may hold back their skills or talents fearing that they're not good enough. We're in positions to "develop more skills" and to help the talents flourish. There will be some who may try to cause discouragement because they're afraid of certain individuals surpassing their talents. We all do deserve a chance to grow don't we? Of course there will be some who will harm their own careers and talents because of their overly competitiveness. Shouldn't we all be blessed to have the gifts? Of course we should. Not every person will have the same talents and obtain the same skills. Some will appear to have more talent but it can be because they've worked hard to develop greatness. To have "confidence" means that one can excel beyond their wildest dreams. Their able to do what some may fear of doing. "Each day that we're here there's an opportunity to become. To become what?
