Man or Woman?

That would depend. The woman might be superior at cooking and the man might be superior with physical strength and endurance. If a woman can play tennis and make champion and the man can't even hit the ball into court, then the woman is superior to the man in that sport. It all depends on what area either man or woman is gifted. But equal respect is due both from each other. The woman usually doesn't get the chance to prove her ability in the work place because it is a male dominant world sort of in many countries today.

@ebanreb There are things women can do better and things men can do better. And of course, there are only men kings. Men presidents. Men are in control but sometimes women run for president but it is much harder to get elected if you are a lady.
Men are usually physically superior, they can gain muscle faster. Women tend to store more fat instead, their lower metabolism allows them to survive famine and be healthy for pregnancy and birth. I think they both have their own pros and cons, but a man can't survive or have an offspring without a woman or vice versa, they need each other. Even in a patriarchal society, you can't underrate the role of women, who become mothers and look after the children and household. I mean, you weren't here asking this question if a woman didn't give birth and raise you.

Hm. I will say.... both! There are certain things that men are "supposed" to be better at (not all men, not all of the time, but speaking generally). Likewise with women. I find that the strengths and weaknesses overlap between the genders. You need both in the world , both have important and vitale roles. Therefor - to my way of thinking - both are equally important.
