It's raining cats and dogs here in Elberton GA. I am 8 miles from SC. Anyway when I got up this morning I sat up myself. Then I got up to the walker and pivoted to much wheelchair.
We had meatloaf, peas and creamed potatoes for lunch. Everyone had cake but me. I don't eat sweets. I had canned peach slices.
Then I went to therapy to walk. I wanted to walk to the door, but I could only manage 1 step and had to sit down in my WC. The speech therapist held my WC where I could reach it.
I'm in my room now watching TV. I'll go to bed soon in the standing lift cuz I can't walk now due to pain.

I did better today. I stood three times at the rail in the rail.
