Happy Monday

I can't believe it's already heading into the middle of the afternoon and this is the first chance I've had to sit at the computer. Time flies when you're having fun.
I took yesterday off from the computer and just needed to have time away from the internet. It was beautiful weather all weekend and it was a shame to stay inside when those harsh winter days aren't that far ahead.
I had a good time at the craft fair on Saturday and it was small enough to be able to look around and see everything. There was quite a variety of crafts being sold and I am amazed at the talent some people have when creating something unique and homemade.
Today I'm trying to catch up on some housework and laundry which never ends.
Rain is heading our way for tonight and into tomorrow so I'm glad I took advantage of the beautiful weather over the weekend to spend time outside.
Now I have to figure out what to do with the chicken I took out for dinner as I'm pretty tired of the same old way to cook it.

Yes I'm a craft-lover and enjoying doing them myself even though I've never brought any of my crafts to sell at a fair

Occasionally I'll make chicken fingers and will bake them as I'm trying not to eat too much fried food.

Finally this cold is starting to release its tenacious grip...I visits my father this morning....now I'm trying to do some work (housework) before picking the princess up from school.

I wound up putting the chicken on the bbq grill with a little bbq sauce and had it with a salad. I really didn't feel like cooking and it turned out perfect.

So glad you had a nice day this weekend. It's been raining over here for the past 2 hours at 70-100% and will continue all day long. I'm sure you can boil or bake the chicken, maybe stuff it, or pull it. What kind of recipe are you looking for?

Actually I forgot about the chicken and just threw it on the barbecue grill with some bbq sauce. Nothing fancy but it will be good.

I had a bad back weeks ago and it took me awhile before it straightened itself out. Hope you are right and a good nights sleep will fix it
