A few pages of my book and then lights out.

My feet are still very swollen. I have done everything in my power to have them better to no avail. So now I´ll put them up while I read a few pages of my book and then I´ll turn the lights off. I will place a pillow under them so they are higher up tan my heart, as my friend Dixie says. Good night for today, Friends. Sleep tight. See you tomorrow.

I hope you get some relief for your legs. I'm heading to bed now too, as it is 9:30 p.m.

@marguicha I understand. I have a lot of pillows. When I am going through periods as you are with the swelling, I use pillows across the foot of my bed under the covers that stack two high across the whole of the bed.

@CoralLevang I have something like that, but more profesional. My mother had a foam triangular thing to put under the covers. My brother gave me all of my mother´s clothes to give away. I decided to keep that for me.

Sorry about your swollen feet. Good advice to prop them higher than your head. Hope they are normal tomorrow. If not see your doctor. You should probably see your doctor anyway.

I did that last night and they are a bit better. I have seen doctors but they don´t find anything wrong.

@marguicha My daughter in law's feet swell when she's on the a lot. She props them up as much as possible until the swelling goes down. I believe she did tell me the doctor prescribed a water pill.

When that happened to me I had to put my butt against the wall and let my legs lay on the wall. I was in better shape after that but t was often i needed to do that.
