I am so glad to have some of my kind of food for dinner, I gave Tony a choice, I was frying chicken when he came home and I said " you wnt sweet peas and a baked potato (nuked) or do you want chicken and a salad?
To my surprise he chose the salad with the chicken.
First I removed the bone of the chicken breast. washed and rolled it into the flour with all my spices, fried it up in canola oil.
The alad was a mix of spring greens and iceburg lettuce, chopped tomatoes and cucumbers, drizzled with raspberry walnut dressing.
So YUMMY!

Your salad sounds amazing. With my help, my husband's going to cook a pot of pinto beans and sausage for dinner today. Yesterday was TV dinners(ugg), but probably pizza tomorrow.

We didn't really eat dinner, we play setback on Tuedays so we shared a large pretzel with honey mustard dipping sauce in the middle of our evening of play.

@andriaperry we love homemade soups. Since we are temporarily having a cool front going through I thought I would take advantage of it and make some chicken soup.

Well my husband ended up being called into work so we had a late dinner, but it was Chicken and Stuffing. Actually, that is what i had planned before he got called in.

What did I have yesterday? Oh yes, it was leftover of the ham steak mac and cheese and broccoli. I haven't decided what to have tonight it will likely either be Mexican baked fish or veggie lasagna.
