My second child is already crying because of unbearable toothache she is suffering right now. This morning, she and my wife went to dentist and give them this pricey medicine but didn't extracted the tooth. The dentist told them it should be better tomorrow. But today seems the biggest problem in how to deal with this toothache. I told her to gargle water with salt. Then we put salon pass in her check where there is pain. I know its hard when you have tooth pain. You cannot even sleep at night. Sometimes even its aching you wanted it to be pulled out.

Try to let her gargle some calamansi juice with no honey or sugar just pure calamansi juice and a little warm water The pain will subside slowly but it will go

I hope she is better by now. I sympathize with her; tooth pain is awful. If you can give her some regular pain medicine, like tylenol, it will help. Others have had good advice; I hope some of it worked.

Clove works wonders if you have that there? Gargle with salt water helps some people. We always use clove. If it is infected or swollen, garlic helps a lot .. in fact taking it now for mine. It just started yesterday.

Oh no, I am sorry she is so sore, I hope the medicine helped! If you have clove oil you can try to rub some on her gum around the tooth, it could help numb it a little.

Do you have a product in your area called Orajel @ilocosboy ? It's a numbing agent that comes in a tube that you can squeeze directly on the affected area of the gum where the tooth is located.

when the tooth is decayed or loses, better pull it out fast. Otherwise the root will become swollen and affect the rest of the other healthy teeth. I had this horrible toothache for 6 months, depend on pain killer for 6 months because the dentist said I had high blood pressure, cannot pull it out.

my son just had his wisdom tooth extracted several days ago. the dentist gave him first, antibiotics and pain relievers, so when it was time for the tooth extraction, he felt little pain only. how about toothache drops, or a small piece of garlic? or cotton dipped in a strong perfume?

sometimes when the pain is so intense, we wanted it to be outright extracted, the dentist have other solution and never would want to extract that tooth.
