Is this normal?

My friend is pregnant. Her delivery period will be the end of next month.Her weight is 65 kg and height is 145cm.The fetus weight is 2.8 kg. Doctor said if the fetus cross 3.5 kg within 20 days, it will not be normal delivery because she is short.so is there any possibilities for normal delivery? ?she is so scared. This is her first pregnancy. So what do you think about this?

finally She went through surgery but now she is fine.surgery takes more time to be normal again than normal delivery.she can't do all the works for some time.she should be careful about her body because of surgery.if anyone went through surgery for the first time then there are many chances to not get normal delivery in next time.finally it depends on individual.

she might end up having ceasarian operation my friend is shorter by 3cm,
normal delivery seem not possible
