Week 2

I did it! I know it won't seem like much of an achievement to some people, but I've reached my goal for today and lost 2lbs since last Friday My weight today is 13 stone 5lbs - I know I'm the one who's done the work but my friends here have pushed me and really really helped me every single day, so thank you for that because I'm 100% sure that with this week's stresses I would have been half a stone heavier by now without your encouragement! So now my goal for next week is to do the same again, lose 2lbs, and this time my weight will be 13 stone 3lbs Last week's post:
Last night I decided that it might help me to lose weight more consistently, and to stop giving up so easily, if I have someone to answer to, so here's week one...

Thanks! I went out food shopping today and there was a lot of temptation but I ignored it because it would have ruined the progress I've made

@sishy7 Yeah I think that was three days ago, I've eaten only vegan whole foods and drank a lot of water so I've flushed myself out, as it were, lol xx

Thanks! I decided to make pasta for tea tonight, just so I don't go mad with carbohydrate deprivation and go on a week-long binge but I've just made enough for one portion so I won't be tempted to eat more
