Part of my problem is I tend to take naps from time to time when my husband is at work so that makes it harder for me to fall asleep and sleep most nights.

@KrauseHome they say you should power through the need to nap and go to bed at the same time every day. Difficult to do sometimes.

A lot of mine is usually due to my husband working Swing and I end up taking too long of a nap while he is at work which makes it hard for me to get the amount of sleep I am needing to get later on.
