I have been hearing people say too much of everything is bad.kind of true in a way.having too much of everything is bad ,it depends oh how u used it,go about that thing.
Always using phones,laptops and many other things too much becomes bad sometimes.

I think too little and too much of anything is not good. Just keep everything in moderation.
