You are what you eat?

You must have heard some chef talking about it somewhere, right? Eating habits can define our profile as a person and how we behave towards others. So, the foods would be a great indicator of our personality. Do you agree with that?

I only agree in some aspect, based on feeding habit, what you eat can't portrait who you are, or where you going based on personality

True. You can't out train a bad diet. What you eat is equally important to how you train.

I don't really think so. Such as a person who eats mean can be a kind person. It has nothing to do with their personality.

I think " you are what you eat " is more concerned towards predespositions to certain kinds of conditions and illnesses especially later on in life rather than social behaviour or how we deal with others. It may however affect social interaction indirectly as in the case of poor health or high blood pressure to name a few examples of conditions related to food.
