Cherries help you to sleep all the way through the night. Apples protect your heart and can reduce bad LDL cholesterol by 23%. Raisins help you with your brain. They help you to be more alert. Berries have antioxidants that helps to keep your skin from aging. The picture is mine taken by me.

I am quite fond of Apples and raisins. They should be taken regularly. Most of the people take apples peeled off the skin. But, this is not good. The raisins should be consumed keeping them in boiled water for a night and take early in the morning along with the water.
