I had been wearing the same old ratty gym shoes for the past several years. Dont know why I didnt upgrade them earlier but I finally have a new pair that will be my dedicated gym shoes. Since I spend about 7 hours per week at the gym (in a good week) it seems like a sound investment. $60 and free shipping on Amazon which is good for Nike....I think. I hate to buy Nike but I will admit they are super lightweight and comfty. Glad I splurged. Have you bought anything fun lately? What kind of tennis shoes do you use?

I bought myself a new pair last week. They are Kangaroo. I never bought that brand before but they are really like on the feet and comfortable. They also have little zipper pockets on the side.

I had a pair of Reboks that just wouldn't wear out, I loved them! The more expensive shoes are by far the most comfortable and they also, last a lot longer. In the long run, you won't be sorry for investing in a pair of Nike gym shoes!

@maezee Once in a while, they last and last. But, the brand name shoes are always comfortable.

@kobesbuddy I dont totally agree. I last bought a pair of Under Armor shoes that were about $70 online and they were terribly uncomfortable! But I think it just depends on your feet.

It is nice that you can buy Nike with a nice price as usually this brand is very expensive. I bought Echo Dot lately and I look forward to receiving it soon.

@maezee It is a gadget from Amazon. You can regard it as a smart speaker.

I can't afford expensive running shoes like you have. I've bought the cheap ones and have bee wearing them for almost 2 years.

That works too. I thought 60 $ was pretty reasonable especially considering I hadnt boight them in about 3-5 years. I know plenty of people who pay in the hundreds for their shoes.

@maezee Whenever they wear out and that varies. I go to Big 5 sporting goods which always has a sale.

I'll bet those shoes feel really great. Shoes are the most important thing we wear. They are definitely worth the splurge. There's no price too high for a good pair of tennis shoes.
