I've finished the notifications for today, and I'm going back to my NaNo project which is a lot of fun. If I can pump out another thousand words today I'll really be happy. The chapter I'm working on isn't finished yet, but will be before I go to bed and I'll update my total on the site when I do.
Have a great rest of your day, and I will see you back here tomorrow.
Thanks for reading.

I hope that you reach your goals. I am not one to set goals because I would be disappointed in myself at the end of the day.

This goal is predetermined by the site. It's a 50K challenge every November, and they break it down into a certain word count per day to make it easy to reach. I'm right now a day ahead, and by the end of today I expect I'll be two days ahead as I have nearly 10K words right now.

good for you getting so much done. so do you publish in installments of chapter at a time or do you wait till the whole book is finished?

Good luck on reaching your word total for the day! It sounds like a lot of fun! I wish I had more time to commit to writing, but I'm already so exhausted at the end of the day when I get home from work I barely have time to get on myLot!

@just4him I love how your phrased your response..."the hazards of having a job!" That made me smile!
Glad you exceeded your word count!

@moffittjc I remember never having time for anything when I had a job. How I did what I did - mother, groceries, housework, and work is beyond me right now. I'm glad I'm retired. I think a person needs hazardous duty pay while they're working.

Is NaNo a writing site, where your books are being completed? I've never heard of it before.

It's not a writing site. It's a site that offers the yearly challenge, and you can update your daily word count totals. When you reach the 50K mark, you are declared a winner and you can print up a certificate showing you as a winner of the challenge. Right now I have 13031 words. I'll be getting back to my book very soon and write until game time tonight.
