Day two returning to mylot

Banks, Oregon
November 3, 2017 5:07pm CST
I hope you will read my post from. Yesterday if you haven't yet to fully understand how I have been lately. Sadly things have not been good, I feel a piece of my heart is gone, I had one of the worse things in the world happen to my family on my birthday it was heartbreaking. I have been sad everyday since and seeing the person responsible for the sadness and devastation everyday kills me inside. I have not felt healthy lately either. I think I may go in for a doctor's appointment soon because the stress and migraines, and not being able to sleep feels like it's killing me, and I feel like I'm just going to give myself a heart attack from all of this going on.

i kinda wish i knew what happened so i would at least know how you can better deal with what you're going through. Some things we go through we can just shrug off but what you describe sounds very serious and nothing to be taken lightly.but i do agree you should see a doctor, if for nothing else, your physical well being and stress

I think that is a wonderful idea, you can tell the doctor everything and he/she will at least give you something to use for sleep. No sleep causes all kinds of problems. Hang in there things will be okay.

Migraines are not at all nice. I wish you could physically distance yourself. That would help.

First of all, decide what you really want and then go after it! People do things to us, that aren't very nice. That's pretty normal, in this world as it stands!

You have to take care of you. You don't want yourself getting seriously ill with all that is going on in your life.

You should go to a Doctor to see if that would help you to be able to relax,

First off - welcome back. I missed you and am sure others did too. Happy you're back. Second off - I am sorry to hear that things are not going so well for you at the moment. Are you able to say something (gently?) or confront them if needed? I know that is not always possible. Sometimes I find that easier by written word. Another thing I have found helpful when in a difficult situation is writing a letter that you don't send to the person. At first it sounds frustrating, but it really does help. Power of prayer and doing things that you might not feel like, such as getting out, getting exercise, probably the last thing in the world you want to do - but those do make you feel better... In the end -all you can control is you and your actions. You can't do a thing about the other person, unfortunate. I hope there is some comfort for you in there. It will work out one way or another

Perhaps you need to see a doctor to prescribe something to help your depression? Only a professional would best be able to evaluate what would be best for you.
