Conscience has been called by so many names or term: "the still small voice", "the inner voice", "voice within" or the "sense of right and wrong", et cetera. Do you believe that "conscience" exist or not? If conscience exist where is the location of conscience in our body? Do all people have conscience? How about the terrorists, the criminals and the like? Picture credit: yearintheoffice.wordpress.com

I guess conscience is located in our brain. Pretty obvious, eh? But I think everyone has one, including terrorists and criminals. While criminals sometimes act against their conscience, I believe terrorists just have a corrupted one and simply think what they're doing is right to be done, they think they're good because they're fighting for what they believe in and don't mind if people lose their lives for that.

@toniganzon The notion of "conscience" is an old concept my friend of a "religious" nature handed to our modern times. Within that context and as a general statement or as a general proposition, it has been said that all human beings has conscience. But strictly and particularly speaking, with regards to the terrorist and hardened criminals I think that they have no conscience at all i.e. meaning that they no longer listen to the "small voice within" that says to do good and avoid evil.

Personally I think everyone is born with a Conscience. It is up to them on how they decide to use it as they get older as well as the way they are raised. But to be a Terrorist or major criminal you either need to be considered mentally ill, or brain washed somehow to not understand what you are doing.
