Conscience has been called by so many names or term: "the still small voice", "the inner voice", "voice within" or the "sense of right and wrong", et cetera. Do you believe that "conscience" exist or not? If conscience exist where is the location of conscience in our body? Do all people have conscience? How about the terrorists, the criminals and the like? Picture credit: yearintheoffice.wordpress.com

Once they've been fully brainwashed by propaganda that's been teaching them they can't have second thoughts. What a total waste of life.

Terrorists are consider to be as devils in our nation. Criminals still have chance to change life except if commit another illegal thing. Chances are if you can survive this kind of situation, the percentage would be 15-20%...

No terrorists do not have a conscience. They do not feel anything when they murder someone.

Of course they have a conscience. They know that what they do is wrong. They do not listen.

I guess conscience is located in our brain. Pretty obvious, eh? But I think everyone has one, including terrorists and criminals. While criminals sometimes act against their conscience, I believe terrorists just have a corrupted one and simply think what they're doing is right to be done, they think they're good because they're fighting for what they believe in and don't mind if people lose their lives for that.

People who are mentally deranged, like terrorists and criminals, most likely do not have a conscience due to being mentally unstable.

@toniganzon The notion of "conscience" is an old concept my friend of a "religious" nature handed to our modern times. Within that context and as a general statement or as a general proposition, it has been said that all human beings has conscience. But strictly and particularly speaking, with regards to the terrorist and hardened criminals I think that they have no conscience at all i.e. meaning that they no longer listen to the "small voice within" that says to do good and avoid evil.

I am not really sure. but i think terrorists have it but then they just firmly believe that what they are doing is right, so that is what their conscience tells them ?

@lady1993 Probably my friend and a false notion or idea of what is right and what is wrong.

Personally I think everyone is born with a Conscience. It is up to them on how they decide to use it as they get older as well as the way they are raised. But to be a Terrorist or major criminal you either need to be considered mentally ill, or brain washed somehow to not understand what you are doing.

I still want to believe that they have the conscience. They may realize their faults after some time and feel guilty to it. I hope so. Otherwise it is so horrible.
