Have you heard about Remarkable?

My husband first heard about this device over a year ago. They were crowdfunding or whatever you call it for it. It is an electronic "notebook" that you can actually "write" on with a stylus. It uploads to the cloud, you can connect it to computers or projectors in order to show what you are doing to an audience, and it even works as an eReader. I've tried writing on it and it really is like writing on paper. It is nothing like signing on those plastic screens in stores. Your penmanship looks real. My husband is thrilled with all of the files that he has created and the notes that he has already made. I thought for months and months that my husband told me that the Remarkable cost like $800. I didn't begrudge him that cost as it seemed to be something that would help him at work. Turns out that he paid only about $300. He also got a pad, a carrying case, and the stylus for free with it as he was one of the early subscribers. At $800 it would be a good work device. At $300, it is a STEAL! As a teacher, I would never need something like this. For my husband, a project manager who deals with many multi-million dollar projects every day, this will be great.

I think I saw something like this on Shark Tank but I can't remember the name they used for it.

He bought into it when it was still in its early stages. He paid $300 for the tablet, stylus, pad, and cover. Now it is $600 just for the tablet , another 90 for the stylus, etc.

That is actually pretty cool! I have seen many devices like this, it seems so handy for a person who has to write a lot of stuff!

Yes I think it will be great for my husband. The cost now is like $500 AND you have to pay $90 for the stylus AND +$90 for the case, etc. My husband paid $300 and got the stylus, case, and pad all with it.

@thislittlepennyearns paper is fine for me when I need to write something like a shopping list. Otherwise I don't really write anything on paper these days.
